In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Likewise, the costs of shipping to xazzperfumeria are to be paid by the customer. In order to return it, the product shall have to be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional presents, if applicable. Perfumes must be sealed, as returns will not be accepted once packages have been opened. Cosmetics and make up and beauty tool articles will not be refunded due to hygiene reasons. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, and after verifying its good conditions, we will proceed to reimburse its price in accordance with the payment method used by the customer.
Shipping costs will only be reimbursable in cases of incorrect delivery or flawed product. In any case, the return of shipping costs for incorrect deliveries and flawed products will be reimbursed, being xazzperfumeria the one to pay said costs, provided that the customer notifies this circumstance within 30 days to be counted from the receipt of delivery.
